Description
The mission of Latino Cultural Center of MN (LCCMN) is to nurture, share and promote Latino and Hispanic arts and culture. Representatives of the Latino Cultural Center of MN will talk about how they promote Latino Art and Culture in Minnesota. This presentation will include a special performance with dancers from Colombia Live and Ballet Folklórico México Azteca plus a guest from Springboard for the Arts who will talk about resources and grants available to artists.
Biography:
Paulino Brener was born in Santo Tomé, Santa Fe, Argentina. He has been doing theater and dance in the Twin Cities since 2001, with companies such as Teatro del Pueblo, Trece Lunas Arts Collective, In the Heart of the Beast Puppet & Mask Theatre and Ethnic Dance Theater. He has also been guest curator and performer at Patrick’s Cabaret. Paulino is a Spanish teacher. He uses art to connect and share with people around him. He is passionate about languages and cultures, teaching children, performing, technology, social media and doing crafts.
